Ever since our 10th wedding anniversary we have been going to a spa hotel instead of buying each other presents. England has so many amazing spa hotels, in historical locations and buildings, with breathtaking views and facilities.
Our favourite place is the Four Season’s in Hampshire. It’s the most extravagant of places we’ve been to, but the service is over the top (in a nice way e.g. they remember that we go there for our anniversary so they have cake or flowers waiting for us in the room when we arrive; they notice when you don’t have a bookmark in your book and give you one), the spa treatments are totally perfect (and I’m very picky when it comes to those things so me saying that they are perfect is a big deal :), the facilities are amazing, the bedding is fluffy and the coffee is strong.
If you’re ever in need of a special treat and an extravagant experience, you will not be disappointed at the Four Season’s.

Inside the hotel and the spa are connected so you can just wonder around in your spa robe all day long (and most people do)

The grass is green. Even in December. Now that is a 5 star experience :)

It is lovely to be greeted by a friendly big lab – you feel comfortable straight away and relax as if you’ve arrived in your other home where you are the queen :)

Does this look like the end of November?
The Four Season’s did not by the way pay me to write this post. I just really like that place and thought I’d share. In case you’re in need for a little special mini break.
